HOAs are typically found in neighborhoods with single-family homes, but not exclusively. Condominium and townhouse neighborhoods may have their own associations, or they may be formed in areas with a mix of housing types. They are commonly found in cooperatives and planned communities. A HOA may be incorporated and actually own the common property, or it might care for it on behalf of the developer or other party who is the owner. If it does own the property, a HOA can hire a firm to care for it, in which case HOA dues might be payable to that company.
What People Are Saying About Us
May 16, 2018
We moved our property from a different management company to Beech Tree Property Management when we wanted more attention and quicker response. Beech Tree Property Management is truly the leader in the valley for being dedicated, competent, and responsive. They always reached out to us with issues, along with recommended solutions, before we even noticed ourselves. They offer their property owners an all-inclusive approach, allowing the owner to focus on investment opportunities and not worry about ongoing operations. This was extremely helpful when we had properties in multiple states and we couldn't always be in the valley solving problems. I trust Beech Tree Property Management, and I would recommend them to anyone.
