Cory grew up in Boise and began working in Real Estate with his family at a young age. Later he received his BS in Organizational Communication from the University of Utah and an MBA at Purdue University. His professional experience includes work for a small healthcare company in the intermountain west and multiple assignments as a Product Manager with Johnson & Johnson on the East Coast. Cory founded The Bolton Company in 2010 fulfilling a lifelong entrepreneurial dream. He welcomes the possibilities of each day and has a contagious sense of optimism. He is hardworking, honest, and passionate about people and real estate. He has an ability to see potential in a property, evaluate its viability as an investment, and capitalize on its strengths. Cory oversees daily business operations, works with referral partners and investors, conducts training programs, and implements new marketing agendas.
In his personal time, Cory is dedicated to his wife, Jennie and their 11-yr-old son, Jacob. Together they work on the family farm feeding pigs, sheep, chickens and turkeys and tending to the beehives and orchard.
Director of Finance
Born and raised in Boise, Jo has an innate knowledge and passion for the Boise Valley. She received a Bachelor of Arts and Science Degree in English Literature from Boise State University. Since joining The Bolton Company, Jo has taken on various roles of increasing complexity and demand. Each new position requires her to apply her ability to be detail oriented, precise and accurate. Fortunately, she is also extremely flexible and reliable. She has made marked contributions to enterprise operations with her work in the accounting department, and is excited to apply both her know-how, and experience with Beech Tree to the Associations Management branch of the business. Her current role is an exciting challenge that she tackles every day. Jo’s true passion lies with the written word. In her spare time, she loves to judge Poetry Outloud in the Valley for High School students. She also enjoys hiking in the foothills. She is a dedicated mother and wife to her wonderful family.
Jennie studied Interior Design at Brigham Young University and graduated with a BA in Visual Arts. Her ability to create a home through layout, design, furnishings and interiors is exceptional. Her work experience includes various contracted design jobs as well as full time roles in human resources specializing in Recruiting and Employee Relations. Jennie has a talent for organization and is detail-oriented in her approach to projects. Jennie has been with The Bolton Company since the beginning and is dedicated to its mission and vision.
