One Time Fee

A one-time set-up and administrative fee will be assessed for each new client. This fee covers the time and expense related to setting up owner and tenant accounts, and creating a property file to be used for marketing purposes.

Ongoing Fee

A monthly fee will be assessed for the ongoing management of the property. This fee is a percentage of total rents collected for the property. It covers management activities including: showing the property, leasing activities, collecting rent, managing maintenance issues, addressing tenant complaints and concerns, etc.
