No. Beech Tree Property Management will be retained as the associations “Agent”. And as the association’s Agent we are like a partner to them. Yes, we are paid for our services, but we also expect our boards to utilize our knowledge, training and expertise in our industry. Many board members serve with little to no knowledge of the operation of both a not for profit corporation and/or a homeowners (HOA) association or a condominium (COA) association. Beech Tree Property Management’s role is to assist those members as their Agent in the proper operations of the association and its not-for-profit corporation.
What People Are Saying About Us
May 16, 2018
We moved our property from a different management company to Beech Tree Property Management when we wanted more attention and quicker response. Beech Tree Property Management is truly the leader in the valley for being dedicated, competent, and responsive. They always reached out to us with issues, along with recommended solutions, before we even noticed ourselves. They offer their property owners an all-inclusive approach, allowing the owner to focus on investment opportunities and not worry about ongoing operations. This was extremely helpful when we had properties in multiple states and we couldn't always be in the valley solving problems. I trust Beech Tree Property Management, and I would recommend them to anyone.
