Address all Complaints
We proactively address all day-to-day concerns and complaints that arise regarding your property. Our monthly drive-by program also helps to identify issues before they arise. Notes from these monthly observations will be included with your monthly Investment Property Report.
Conduct Inspections
Once a property is vacated and just prior to a new occupant, Beech Tree Property Management conducts a detailed inspection of the premises. All observables are noted in our detailed inspection form and accompanying photos and/or video documentation will also be provided where necessary.
Document Management Services
Statements on Demand
Beech Tree Property Management is detail oriented when it comes to your financial statements. We provide a personal online account, which will house all records related to your property. Monthly statements are posted to this account and sent directly to you. We post cash flow statements, work orders, and other individual statements to this account. This will ensure that you always have access to the most up-to-date information.
Residential Lease Agreement
Our Residential Lease Agreement has been tailored to meet the legal and protective requirements of the real estate market. Our Lease has been carefully designed to protect you and your property in a comprehensive way.
Adherence to Lease Parameters
We do our part to ensure that the parameters agreed upon in the lease are adhered to in a satisfactory way. Any observables that are not in accordance to the lease are addressed with a formal written notice and accompanied by an inspection to bring the violation back into compliance.
